Tasty Q BBQ

Well if your after southern BBQ you have to go this place on Crenshaw just south of Adams and the 10 freeway. They cook it out side and the smell draws you near. It is not fast service so be patient. At Thanksgiving you can get your turkey deep fried there but you have to put your order in early.

Baby Blue's BBQ

The best west side place for southern BBQ. Located on Lincoln just south of Rose Ave in Venice. We went frequently when we lived near there from 2003 to 2007. In 2006 they got on some cooking show and so now are packed! Best bet is to order to go and pick it up. The beef rib is good, I use the singular because they just give you one huge beef rib. Sassy sexy waitresses are a plus.
